Shopping Therapy is the Preferred Holiday Activity of Chinese Travelers According to a recent study, about 25% of Chinese travelers chose their next holiday destination abroad base on a shopping opportunity available. Half of Chinese tourists surveyed pointed shopping therapy was the preferred holiday activity they would use they travel budget for. The hopping become a top travel attraction for many Chinese tourists, so appealing to travelers from China is now a main priority for retailers in many leading shopping destinations, like Paris, London, or Rome.
