Giving Tuesday is a relatively new movement that's trending, with the goal of encouraging people worldwide to give back to their communities. It's on Tuesday, December 2014. There are organizations around the world pitching in, as well as families, large and small businesses, community centers, and everyone in between. The creators of this hit on the fact that we have two major days of shopping with Black Friday and Cyber Monday before this day arrives, and after all of our "getting", Tuesday is a perfect time to give something back.

Giving Tuesday pushes people to give back in any way that they can, suggesting a lot of projects and services available where people can give their time if they aren't able to make monetary contributions. This makes for a great opportunity for organizations in each community to reach out to citizens for support for one extra season. It's also one organizations and businesses also contribute while strengthening their teams at the same time.
