By 2025, millennials will make up almost 75 percent of the global workforce. By the end of 2014 alone, one of every three employees in the U.S. will be a millennial. While millennials are often stereotyped as “lazy,” “entitled,” or having a “poor work ethic,” the fact remains that millennials are tomorrow’s workforce and an increasingly important part of today’s workforce. So what do millennials think about their own workplace desires and preparedness?
