We all want different things out of life. One of the main things that everyone would like is to be happy - or at least happier! It turns out that being present in moment (or mindful) actually makes you happier - according to recent research by Matt Killingsworth (trackyourhappiness). He surveyed over 65,000 people via their iphones and discovered that the less people's minds wandered the happier they were.
