According to the data, 8 in 10 social media users in the U.S. prefer to connect to companies on those networks rather than by going visiting websites. And that same 8 in 10 ratio applies to users trust who trust a company more if its CEO is present on social media. But only 1 in 5 CEOs have operating accounts, leaving room for growth.
