Today’s hectic lifestyle makes us compete for everything from eating to sleeping and even for love. This is probably most apparent in our work life. We face pressure from everyone from our supervisors, customers, coworkers, and even time isn't on our side. And so we find our selves working around the clock, day and night. We end up with no time to rest and have you realized that even when we do have time to rest, we end up spending it in front of some kind of screen, whether it be our home computer, mobile phones or television sets. This can lead to an illness called ‘Office Syndrome’.
